We kick up with Warm up .

Does the name Farah ring a bell? Farah Esmail is a standout from the "Housewives of Nairobi," and she's not just known for her role on the show; she's also a three-time award-winning bodybuilder.

Excitingly, she's joining our event to share her expertise in strength training. Farah will showcase her go-to workouts for hectic days, allowing you to incorporate them into your own schedule to build muscle and optimize your busy life.

Our event partner, the Chronic Disease Society, will offer crucial health assessments and present data to deepen our understanding of perimenopause and menopause from a global perspective. We'll identify knowledge and resource gaps and discuss strategies to support busy women through these transitions. This important session will be led by the Chairperson of the Chronic Disease Society, Africa, Ms. Faith Okwisa Okwayo 

12-1 PM: Interactive panel on Perimenopause and menopause care + support.   

 

This panel promises an engaging hour-long conversation focusing on perimenopause, menopause, sustainable weight management, and the medical practices that assist busy women navigating these changes. Audience questions are encouraged, ensuring a dynamic and interactive session.

We're committed to creating a welcoming environment for open dialogue, free from any bias or stigma.

Leading this panel are Dr. Kristina Sule, Coach Roseanne Kamau, and Coach Amina Farah.

  • Coach Roseanne Kamau will delve into "Healthy Eating Habits for Busy Women: A Guide to Sustainable Weight Management," offering practical advice for maintaining balance amidst a hectic schedule.
  • Coach Amina Farah will discuss her work in advocating for self-care during perimenopause and menopause, highlighting the importance of support during these transitions.
  • Dr. Kristina Sule will explore the topic of sexual wellness during perimenopause and menopause, providing insights into navigating these changes with confidence and understanding.

We will engage in a  compelling conversation with Coach Alice, who will share her insights on "Strategic Tools to Penetrate the Elite Circle of Influence: Breaking Career Ceilings." A cornerstone of her mission is to empower women to enhance their professional and social engagements.

Adding an exciting twist to our lineup, we have a SURPRISE GUEST who will offer a unique perspective on "The Female's Heart Matters" 

From 3:30-4:00 PM, get ready to energize your body and spirit with Coach Nada.

Prepare to move, groove, and dance along with our extraordinary Zumba instructor. Known for her dynamic "Move and Groove" dance classes at DOJO, she's here to infuse your day with positive energy and vibrant rhythms.
