I'm Alice Muhirwa 

During my career as an executive, I struggled a lot with conversion, self-promotion and articulating my worth . Even if I was good at delivering my mandates as a head of research and data collection for the organisation I was working for, I navigated life with fear and stress throughout, had zero boundaries, brought work home and was constantly fatigued to enjoy social and romantic life out of office . 

Once I resigned, I took it upon myself to go for proper coaching and get equipped so that when I ventured myself as an independent consultant, I earned all the soft powers I needed to sell my hard skills.  

After my accreditation from the British School of Excellence, I opened a certification to train executives on soft skills that sell our hard skills. 

In the last four years, I have been training, speaking and engaging in conversations that equip executives to craft converting skills, build a convincing personal brand, build rapport, network, and articulate value.

My Story

I always knew I wanted to go far in life, so I worked hard to overcome fear, imposter syndrome, seeking perfection, and fear of rejection. After a lot of programs, I thought my future was a guaranteed success. Then, once I started having to make programs to coach women, I noticed I needed more than etiquette, personal brand, executive styling, and other soft skills earned during my accreditation pursuit. 

I felt frustrated and helpless, but I had worked too hard to let my dreams slip away. I dove into messaging, systems, and ROI management and devised a system that allowed me to simplify the process and allow me time to do other important things in the future. Now, I empower others on their journey to ease and freedom.

I host feminine retraits train coaches, business women and executives  to chase ease without compromising their value  

Why I Do It

Executive Coaching  is not a term I ever heard growing up. While my parents did their best to provide for our family, they lived paycheck to paycheck most of their lives. Seeing my family struggle inspired me to aim higher. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself drowning in a high-functioning lifestyle  

Once I was self-employed, I realized that my methods could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework to make it happen. So, I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create healthy lifestyle habits and better lives for themselves and their families.
